Executive Assistant at Midtown Home Improvements
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day needs of the CEO.
- Coordinate CEO's schedule and travel arrangements.
- Proofread and edit documents, including contracts.
- Coordinate real estate maintenance.
- Revise spreadsheets and handle statistical data.
Required Skills:
- Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Efficient project management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Assertiveness and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or corporate officer.
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and contracts.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Ability to read and analyze contracts.
