Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day needs of the CEO.
  • Coordinate CEO's schedule and travel arrangements.
  • Proofread and edit documents, including contracts.
  • Coordinate real estate maintenance.
  • Revise spreadsheets and handle statistical data.

Required Skills:

  • Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Efficient project management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Assertiveness and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or corporate officer.
  • Familiarity with real estate transactions and contracts.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Ability to read and analyze contracts.
