Compensation: $50,000 Base + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-energy door-to-door canvassing team
• Set performance goals and hold the team accountable
• Be in the field—leading by example, not from behind a desk
• Create a culture of competition, growth, and ownership

• Door-to-door sales or canvassing experience
• Leadership instincts and a no-excuses attitude
• Confidence, energy, and the ability to inspire others
