Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and project completion on schedule.

Accurately measure for remodeling projects including decks, patio covers, screened rooms, fencing, and siding.

Interact with customers to address questions, set expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.

Conduct on-site inspections to verify progress, resolve issues, and maintain safety compliance.

Coordinate materials and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.

Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to company standards.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in carpentry, construction, or remodeling (preferred experience in remodeling decks and patio covers).

Strong measuring skills with proven accuracy in planning and executing remodeling projects.

Leadership experience managing subcontractors and overseeing project progress.

Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site challenges efficiently.
